In 2003, MSCM certified its Quality Management System to the international standard ISO 9001:2000 which was further upgrades in 2009 to meet the ISO 9001:2008 standard.
MSCM is committed to maintain this and achieve its quality objectives and therefore it is the policy of MSCM to ensure:
  • Customer Satisfaction through Service Quality Excellence.
  • Compliance of our Quality Management System with the requirements of the current international standard ( ISO 9001) and other applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and implement quality policy and measurable quality objectives and continually review them.
  • Developing a sound Quality Management System by continually improving its effectiveness.
MSCM promotes the adoption of a process approach to develop, implement, and improve the effectiveness of quality management system to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements.

Health, Safety & Environment Management & Policy

At MSCM, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) responsibilities are integral to the way we do business. Our commitment to protecting the environment and the health and safety of our employees, interested parties and the communities we serve represents a critical part of the core values (mission) that guide our corporation.
Therefore to continually improve the quality of our services and products whilst protecting people, environment and other stakeholders, an HSE Management System has been established complying to the requirements of OHSAS 18001:2007 – Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems and ISO 14001:2004 – Environmental Management Systems in 2013 and consistent with the best practices of the industry, as well as those of our Clients and Host Government.
It is therefore the policy of MSCM to conduct its activities in a manner that protects its people and the environment we work in. In order to achieve and maintain this, we are committed to:
  • Prevention of ill health and injury through safe work practices.
  • Minimizing our impact on the environment through pollution prevention and conservation of natural resources.
  • Compliance of our HSE Management system with the requirements of the current international standards ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and with the applicable local legal and other requirements.
  • Establishment and implementation of HSE Policy and measurable HSE Objectives and continually reviewing them.
  • Continual improvement of the HSE Management System and HSE performance.
MSCM requires the active commitment to and accountability for the application of this policy from Line Management to employees and contractors.
